We can see that a thorough job is being done,NOT a rush job.If BSM is thorough in these areas, indicates the attention to detail and robust nature of the project (compare this to companies that bring in contractors for everything where unless careful,short cuts are taken or the lowest tender accepted to meet both time deadlines and budgets).

In house may take longer, but my vote is for the belt and braces approach!
