As for BSM management, I agree with "inquisitive1" excellent post, I think you are expecting "perfect management" (what is perfect anyways), and perfect management doesent exist, what matters is management who gets the job done and takes decision to increase shareholders value in the long run (I believe BSM management are doing an excellent job in thatb regrd as summaried in inquisitive post). Let me ask you a question : Is Elon Musk a perfect manager ? how many delays Tesla products suffered under Elon Musk management/vision ? Can we say that he is a bad manager because of those exsessive delays ? just think about it.

IMO good management are those who take long term good decisions even if it means short term setbacks. what matters is growth and creating shareholers value in the long term.

Actually I think Musk is a very bad manager for the very reasons stated. IMO His talents lie elsewhere, somewhere between visionary and conman. Shareholders only put up with non performance against stated goals for so long.
