Of course Insiders/Directors/Management ownership of the company doesent guarantee success, to think that would be naive and unrealistic.

Instead : insider/management ownership guarantees that management interests are aligned with shareholders interests and therefore management will ensure they do everything they could to succeed, in other words, management ownership guarantees the maximization of the efforts of management and the long term planning/thinking to increase shareholders value.

As for BSM management, I agree with "inquisitive1" excellent post, I think you are expecting "perfect management" (what is perfect anyways), and perfect management doesent exist, what matters is management who gets the job done and takes decision to increase shareholders value in the long run (I believe BSM management are doing an excellent job in thatb regrd as summaried in inquisitive post). Let me ask you a question : Is Elon Musk a perfect manager ? how many delays Tesla products suffered under Elon Musk management/vision ? Can we say that he is a bad manager because of those exsessive delays ? just think about it.

IMO good management are those who take long term good decisions even if it means short term setbacks. what matters is growth and creating shareholers value in the long term.

Happy multi-bagger graphite and lithium investment to all,
