Would anyone (who, preferably, has an actual handle on what they are) care to give an opinion on the chances of our success in this study.
In my general ignorance, I have assumed that there should be no problem in this regard - after all the drug has undergone years of developmental research, both in vitro and in vivo and been given approval to be used in several human trials which, to date, have never given a hint of any safety issues.
I would be astounded, if at this late stage, there were any toxicity issues. Is my opinion rather naive?
