There's no requirement for the company to update the market when there's change in the T20. However, if one holder becomes a substantial holder (>5%), it's that holders responsibility to lodge a notice. And if an existing substantial holder has changes their positions by +/- 1%, then they need to submit an update. But in these instances, it's incumbent on the holders - not the company to inform the marekt.
