cos they were useless and not doing their job. thats plain to see. and asic have been in existance for 3 decades or thereabouts and they have had ample opportunity to do something. but they didnt. i read posts here by the thousand complaining about the lack of action of asic when it comes to the big end of town but certainly taking to task the small operator whom they know they can punish
