Isn't there a minimum waiting period between the announcement of a insider's trade (Humpfrey) and a significantly market moving announcement (as a resource update should be)?
Could it be, that he was told 'now or not before the release' to do his trade? Anybody having knowledge about insider trading (and anniuncement) rules?
