What is with Dutton - is he merely sprouting populist rhetoric - with zero intentions of implementing his very very very hard communist style policies - which have overturned any resemblance at all to the Liberal party supposed principles?

Or has he actually in reality and in his head - got these principles and policies for real - which, if he has - makes him in reality looking way closer to Moscow or old Bejing than anything I've ever seen in Australia

The comments were in response to Peter Dutton's suggestion over the weekend that the Coalition would extend its plan to break up supermarket giants to insurers who "rip off" customers.

So, we add to the list now ------ break up insurers. Ie. force private enterprise to do things against everything that is normal business - get bigger

    So now we have

    Centralised power
    Big debt
    Big spend
Take over power assets - from private enterprise to gov owned - by force if needed
Force Coles and Woolworths to divest property that government chooses
Now - force Insurance companies to break up business

Wow -- does he actually mean this stuff? or is it just fodder for those who are stupid enough to hear it and cheer him on and they'll vote for him - then, he'll get in and conveniently just - forget all that stuff?

What's next? taking over the banks?

What a stunnng run of huge communist style turnarounds this is - since day one of Dudds 'big nooke plan'

''Confusion increased on Monday morning when Nationals leader David Littleproud told Radio National Breakfast that divestiture for the insurance industry had not been approved by the joint party room "because it's not a policy".
    Wow

"It would be unfair to say that was a policy announced by Peter Dutton," he said.
"What he said was … don't underestimate our determination to look to pull policy levers that we have in other industries."

    like government control of business

Hours later Mr Dutton declined to say whether the Coalition party room had been briefed about his threat to insurers before the interviews, adding that the onus was on companies "to address the problem".
"The Liberal Party believes in the free market, but the free market is failing at the moment," he said.'
    '

and?? -- the big champions of 'free market' say - it's failing - so, government to step in and take over decisions

well gosh ------- that's straight out of a Communist party meeting - old days.
