    Market forecasts for TLS dividends are 22c pa until 2020.
    My understanding is that the 22c comprises 'normalised' dividends of 15c + a twice per year special dividend of 3.5c until 2020.

    Does this mean that post 2020 TLS management are guiding for a sustainable dividend of 15c p.a.?
