Time to start generating income.

IMO LP needs to start the works ie open cut and stop f-rt-ng around.
Don't want him starting a brand new green project from 101 otherwise
could be another three yrs whilst he's drawing his $259k salary.
It's been long enough-he's got the cash so get on with it.
