Skifan. I don't entirely agree. I invest in a company because of its resource , and the Board composition to ensure competency in having the skill set to achieve the company's goals.
I ,along with many other LTHs ,have become increasingly disillusioned with P.B and his management.
When you have the opportunity to be virtually first cab off the rank and you see this slipping away I see my investment in the BOD and TNG as the same thing.
You are correct about all the other factors but if the Board can't make it happen it either stays in the ground , gets overtaken or we drift along like we have been doing for years.
Why do companies try so hard to get highly qualified people onto their Boards........because they have a track record of making things happen. Look at Ando,s comment about Biddle.
The above frustration is brought about by the only constant......missed timelines. I continue to buy and hold and do agree with Maxter that the oppies will be in the money.
