I know Alfred Health are quite entrenched with Cerner, using Cerner FirstNet in their emergency department so doubtful this will change.
Melbourne Health are an ALC customer & were pre float of the company using Miya ED, I think I remember reading somewhere they were upgrading to the latest version not sure where though...
