    The situation that America finds itself in is because of Hillary and Obama selling out the USA.
    Add to this the fact of Greenie/Environmentalist agitators who said" No mining of REE" because of the polluting and destructive nature behind extracting these elements! But China can pollut to hell!
    Yes Alk may benifit from a trade war and its resource could/will rise, but unless actual mining commences and revenue flows then only holders of script will benifit by selling out of stock, so say welcome to day traders, speculators and the like!

    No Thanks!
