A good leader wouldn’t mention the leadership group. He should own it himself. He is skipper , amd there is only one. Hasn’t got the ticker to own the problem. What the hell is a leadership group anyway. I think it’s an admission your captain isn’t the real deal. Just my opinion.
To all those who have always thought he was a bit sketchy as a leader, well no better confirmation than this. Will be interesting to see how it’s managed from this point on , amd in turn find out the exact truth, which you will need access into the group to get.
