IMO much of the blame should fall on the shoulders of the ICC and every countries cricket administration for allowing this to get out of control.

Unfortunately i don't know of too many sports where cheating does not occur.
There should not be any betting in sport.

The blood requirement is a serial need of society and the media....it has nothing to do with scratching ones balls
