O'meara, mate I honestly can't agree with the concept of a leadership group.....Cricket is essentially
a centrist sport, by that I mean it centres around a 22 yard strip where all the decisions are made.....
Having a 4 player leadership group in an 11 a side team seems way over the top to me.....
Warner should never have been VC in my book, an overbearing presence not needed....
