At the end of the day they let the Saffers get under their skin. I do wonder if this influenced their thinking with the ball tampering. As well Faf's got form in this department. Maybe they figured he was up to his old tricks again.

Laughable how you always manage to turn this around so that it's actually all the dastardly Saffers fault.

It's not illegal to enhance the condition of the ball - hence spit, sweat, shining on pants etc - but it is to degrade the condition of the ball i.e. sand paper / 'granules on tape'.

Check Jason Gillespie's take on lolly's / sugar / sun cream etc on ball - he thinks its a load of rubbish.

This thing about wives / players families being 'across the line' is a load of rubbish. Rod Marsh: "How is your wife and my kids".

Check the sledge from Adam Parore to Mark Waugh quoted in the below article. I can't remember Waugh having to be restrained from physical violence.

Why is Warner so defensive about his wife? If she's done nothing wrong, and I can't see that she has, then why is he going beserk?

"Your wife is a total slapper mate".
    "Go **** yourself mate".

    Why is he going berserk(?)

What I find shameful is how the Aussies put this stuff about his wife out there in the public domain. No one would know what was said unless the Aussies put it out there. They've essentially thrown her under the bus. This was stuff between men that could have remained private, but they blabbed to the media and next minute there were Sonny Bill masks. Now everyone knew where Warner was vulnerable and what he was hyper-sensitive about. He was defending his wife, by putting all this stuff in the public arena(?) I don't think so.

Aussie fans calling their players 'low IQ' - I think what is low IQ is how Aussie fans twist themselves is knots justifying their players behaviour, and missing obvious hypocrisy.

Rockstar Jones was laughing about the sledging and saying the Saffer were fragile....who is fragile now? Aussies have crumbled - in the head, on the park, off the park. They instigated this from day 1 with Warner and his 'Bull' persona's antics & the Lyon ball drop. It's all come back to bite them in the ar*e.
