I take it that this new vaccine does not actually use Trastuzumab or Pertuzumab it simply attaches to the same binding site that the drugs Trastuzumab and Pertuzumab would normally bind to.
So what we are talking about here is a B-cell vaccine that your body will make itself so therefore rather than side effects being treatable / manageable, no! actually its much more likely to do one better than that in that we can probably expect to see a very low probability of any auto-immume side effects if any.
