A couple of points of significance for me. The fact that she mentions "valuable" at a time when they are all at Vienna leads me to believe that we won't hear negative results from the current trial and the fact that they have already combined their Herceptin mimic with their anti PD-1 mimotope. I wasn't expecting to hear about that just yet although it's wonderful news. It would be like being able to receive 3 drugs- Herceptin, perjeta and keytruda at one time. Two of them target the overexpressed receptor and the other one enables the body's own immune system to do its job. This is ground breaking science so I'd like to take it as a positive that Prof Wiedermann stayed in Vienna for that meeting whilst Dr Tobias presented this in Canada. Go team.
