You make mention that without the rich men subsidising the men getting free beer or heavily subsidised beer, the breakdown in the system occurs as the richest man does a dummyspit when the bludgers want even more subsidies. Like the burgeoning welfare state in Australia which says WE WANT MORE the rich man finally cries ENOUGH & WALKS.
