Interesting but it misses major points.
If the rich capitalists payed the amount of tax they were suppose to and I include global business here everyone would be better off and be able to pay for their own beer. The economies of the world would not be in decline and everyone would be more wealthy. Then governments could reduce tax on everyone and the poor would be able to buy their own beer.
As it is the more money you have the more tax overseas tax havens you can access and the less real tax you pay.
Only the rich have access to tax havens. The politicians do not have the will to go after global corporations with any real intent.
