What Sky said here is 100% correct in my view and what I have been saying for a long time as well as many of you know. If Xanadu is a massive find and all indications are that it is, the most obvious thing to do is to strengthen the board with very experienced oil guys. This is what they have done as well as make sure that Arrowsmith is in tip top condition. If they hadn't done these things I would have been very worried indeed as to do so is logical, necessary and just plain prudent. TEG is on track.
