Hockey the rain is much needed mate, I went for a nice run myself .

I'm in Maylands and on Saturday they where building on a corner , it's has traffic controllers/managers, different machines rocking up with concrete ect,ect. Not much room for them to move. This is all for 3 smallish units on a corner.

I got talking to guy at my local Thursday night whilst watch the footy. He is into property and his best mate is a builder.

I ask "Is his mate aware of FBR?" He replied " my mate is sh***ting himself " it did put a dampener on that topic off conversation.We just spoke footy after that.

We as shareholders may get some grief in time because of the HX & FBRs future technologies . Will I ever feel bad ? HELL NO!! That because the industry im involved in has taught me greed and everything is too appease the shareholders.
