Well argued Donnie but my concern is with the poor performance and lack of oversight of Mosig, and any vision from the current Board, what standard of CEO selection can we expect, what sort of structure and vision does the Board present to interviewees, what sort of selection criteria applies, what salry and bonuses will the Board offer, is the Board cogniscent of the true value of mineral assets and what will be the related tasks that the Board presents to applicants to get full value from theses assets.
The Board seems to have left Mosig to his own devices and the bonuses and excessive salry reflects this.
I would think that an EGM to present concerns would be timed to occur just after appointment and allowing the CEO to have a good look at the data bases held by the company.
I am not sure what the best approach is but it seemsto me that any move should be before the AGM, giving them a chance to lift their game, appoint others to allow their functions to be properly fulfilled, or get out.
