Scarpa, I find it interesting that today in Melbourne we have governments of
different persuasions, governmental energy organisations also of varying
persuasions and quasi-governmental "independant" energy groups meeting...
Essentially the "energy experts" who got us into this mess are now charged
with getting us out of it!....I don't get that, not one little bit.....
There is even a dept. there called the "Energy Security Commission", on
past performances we could put them up there with ASIC and other banking
regulators as hopelessly inept......
