    Hi,
Argo is emphasizing a strategy here, clarified in the sentence :
'This will give BOT the ability to monetise the products individually '

My take on it is that management, being appreciative of the outlook for M&A in the biotech' sector, is aware that such deals are being driven by the need of large drugmakers to tap the promising new medicines being developed by smaller rivals to help revive flagging growth.
By diversifying the delivery methods of the different formulations, BOT's giving itself a better chance of entering into agreements for licencing and/or partnerships with big pharmas for the development and commercialization of individual drugs.
This doesn't mean that the 'farm' can't be eventually sold.
Consider for example Ablynx, it had proprietary programs while in collaborations with multiple pharmaceutical companies including AbbVie; Boehringer Ingelheim; Eddingpharm; Merck & Co., Inc., Kenilworth,; Merck KGaA; Novartis; Novo Nordisk; Sanofi and Taisho Pharmaceuticals. Each still revolving around the company's development of Nanobodies, proprietary therapeutic proteins based on single-domain antibody fragments.
Sanofi bought Ablynx outright a month ago for 3.9b Euros or more than $6.2B.

BOT' sp could yield tenfold growth in next 12 to 18 months, it's got the right products and the right management to take advantage of 'fortunate' conditions in the biotech' sector.
