    Not that they receive more price sensitive info, lord forbid but you get a lot better insight and deeper answers to questions.
    I've been privy to High Net Worth's , when a CEO is looking for $5m he/she will sit there all day answering questions because it's in the companies best interest, plus the Funder generally has a mandate, % of return expected on Investment over X period of time..
