... but this doesn't mean they "know something" which you don't know, or wouldn't know if you read all the available relevant news.
In other words don't fall for the mantra "more good news is required" as it may well simply be a matter of the penny dropping for a venture capitalist who moves glacially slowly, firm in the knowledge that relatively speaking he is moving near warp-speed and that the vast majority of the investing public has trouble reading the lines let alone between them.
