    In the file attached I've included a slide from a recent seminar I attended.

    As far as I'm concerned these guys know what they're taking about. It's implicit in the fine print a the bottom of the slide.



    Yes it is what PosTrader is saying.
    The value (to me) is in the quality of the source. these guys research have delivered around 15% IRR for the past 26 years.  [Which is on par with the performance of Westfield which was the best performing stock ( in tis variosu incarnations) on the ASX over a like period.] EV commodity Inputs.pdf
