I am of the beliefs that the more letters of complaints sent to ASIC, the better.

Especially when they are waiting for the Court decision themselves and where IMO they could get caught out with their pants down..... once again....., for possibly failing to act as a Regulator should.

Just have a good read of the letter written by ASIC to Clayton Utz on the 24th November current.

Take full notice especially to the last three paragraphs of that letter and as to how their decision has been made and based upon.

IMO, it is far from over mate. And the best is yet to come.

PS. I have tried to paste that ASIC letter across several times so that everyone could read it but, when I pressed the Post message, all I got back on the screen was that the content was too large to be processed.
