My prediction is that by the time that the CLA share price hits 60c we'll be seeing potential suitors lining up to take over the Opuwo Cobalt Project.

The announcement yesterday confirms that CLA are sitting on one of the largest, highest quality cobalt deposits in the world, with Maiden Inferred and Indicated Mineral Resource of 112.4 million tonnes grading 0.11% cobalt and 126,100 of contained cobalt. CLA are predicting that with further drilling upgrades to the maiden JORC Mineral Resource will result ie. it's a huge cobalt resource already, but it could really turn into a monster resource. Why? because the drilling results have been confined to a zone of about 10km when there is a potential zone of about 100km total prospective area to explore- more 'blue sky' there for sure.

CLA have also made it plain that this cobalt resource can be readily won by mining. CLA state that "Good to excellent recovery of cobalt, copper and zinc sulphides has been demonstrated using conventional flotation techniques. Leach extraction test work on Opuwo sulphide concentrates has demonstrated high leach extractions of approximately 95% for the metals of interest.."

By the end of June 2018 we'll be seeing the results of the Scoping Study, as per the CLA announcement yesterday, which will REALLY generate interest from major investors as well as another likely upward spike in the SP.

As I have posted a few times the Scoping Study will let us know more details about how the cobalt will be won. Already we're getting some inkling of the method of extraction, namely an open pit mine (which will be relatively cheap to mine) with potential sub level stoping (ie. underground mining method that involves vertical mining in a large, open stope that has been created inside an ore vein. Usually the stope operates as the centre for production) further down. A detailed mining study has commenced as part of the Project Scoping Study.

I predict that this 60c share price milestone will probably happen by Q3 in 2018 (say by Sept 2018), given the speed that CLA are moving ahead with this project.

I'm happy to take bets on that!
