Your at work???? Why do you think that your location at the moment should impact my response?

The chart I posted on the Dow Jones was from 1980 to present.
I'm fairly sure Obama was president at some stage during that time period.
But the Dow Jones chart and what it looked like during any particular Pres term isn't my point.

My point is that for decades under all presidents the gap between haves and havenots has been getting larger. Same thing has been happening here in Australia.
No amount of share market charts is going to prove or disprove that.
But the adjustment required will show up in the share market chart as the value of the major companies especially those exposed to regular consumer markets will all be impacted. Some niche companies however will likely still be an opportunity.

Back to FBR.
The FBR balance sheet will likely sail through this adjustment period without a problem. FBR have a lot of cash and cash is always king.
The FBR share price however will probably take a hit, but for long term holder this isn't a problem.
Though once FBR gets some runs on the board (and no sand paper is involved) the FBR share price will climb, regardless of how deep the adjustment period is.
