    Hi there,

    You are right in that Mesoblast’s MSCs can be allegeciacally introduced to patients without an immune response.

    But Mesoblast’s MSCs also secrete proteins which reduces existing inflammation.

    Check out Mesoblast’s website, and also all their clinical trials- one of the key benefits of MSC’s on all the diseases being treated is its ability to modulate the body’s immune response.
