    They do need the shaft to haul. There are no tipping/loading facilities at the 2 level portal.
    Why involve extra handling when ore can be transported by loader from the brace 30 metres to the grizzly. If you are going to offer your "expertise" at least do so from a knowledgable viewpoint.
