    Soz for the late one, may drop to test 23.5c - 25c if no news is ann but still intact for now however there is hardly any volume! no buy or sell volume TAR needs buyers if no buyers come in it may keep getting sold down many are in 100% + profit but qrtly and news should be around the corner
