    Have you got any proofs?

    Ordinary shares 580,450,183
    Robert Fredlan 16.3%
    Pengxin mining 13.63%
    Aus. Super 5%
    Board employees 5.8%
    Raised capital 100M = 15%
another 50M subject to SH approval = 5%

institutional investors accounted for 55.73% interests in the company that could be dangerous if there's an activist trying to short

    Is this case likely?

The company wants to retain some liquidities for the sake of equity holders that was why the company needs a "shareholders approval" for the remaining $50M raised capital to be fallen into institutional investors amid the company knew there was strong interests from institutional investors as the total $150M placement were oversubscribed.

The current share price is NOT attractive for retail investors to participate in the Spp that has created a fear approaching the schedule meeting on 18/4

If retail investors are not interested then the sp could be a short target for institutional investors as the company is yet a producer as they think the company will need additional capitals.

There's no question asked about the company fundamental and future growth but I'm a bit worry amid I understand the sp will recoup within 6months timeframe.
