Is this case likely?
The company wants to retain some liquidities for the sake of equity holders that was why the company needs a "shareholders approval" for the remaining $50M raised capital to be fallen into institutional investors amid the company knew there was strong interests from institutional investors as the total $150M placement were oversubscribed.

The current share price is NOT attractive for retail investors to participate in the Spp that has created a fear approaching the schedule meeting on 18/4
If retail investors are not interested then the sp could be a short target for institutional investors as the company is yet a producer as they think the company will need additional capitals.
There's no question asked about the company fundamental and future growth but I'm a bit worry amid I understand the sp will recoup within 6months timeframe.
