Whether fortunate or otherwise I too have committed taking a longer term view of the project at hand. Obviously in the interim, the SP was at risk to manipulation helped along by the market volatility in the sell off triggered by Trump tariffs and responses between them. I presume last Friday was the last practical day for the holder's decision to make sure funds are physically transferred to the company's bank account to subscribe to the SPP?

If my guesstimate of the 'cut off' date is correct, the SP is now back to trading post SPP and all the late decision makers including myself would have made up their mind post Pres. Xi speech? Just looking at dates to gauge if the SPP was a success. No doubt we will hear from management on the % of take up.

IMO cut-off date is actually the 18th, and payments could be made on that date if your financial institution can make the electronic transfer on the same day. So therefore back to trading post SPP on Thursday 19th.

My guess is that the SPP for existing holders was not underwritten, as same comes at extra cost, and CLQ don't think they will have trouble raising even if the share price is higher than $1.15. Perhaps some good news coming?
