    $8 can not justified right now.
    Once BAM is up and going in 4-7 months and the fines dryer is repaired and ramp up continues management can look at all the Vanadium in the tailings and then $8 will look cheap.
    Only if the institutions allow it since they are the manipulators. If the institutions decide to go long on SYR then OMG
