How management handle a potential takeover of AJM will be very telling for SYA. If they do a good job and maximise return for SH’s whilst accomodating potential suitors and all parties are relatively happy, then as an AJM holder, my head would turn straight to SYA.
As a big fish looking for Lithium supply, I’d probably do the same.
