takeover by stealth ???

This appears to be a Takeover by STEALTH
I cant believe they can get away with it
It would seem Brookfields will wind of
with more than 50 % of the units
As the apparent CAPPING by CBA
has ensured a very low share price
and accordingly little or know
interest in the cash issue
If none of the cash issue is taken
up Brookfiels will own 80% of the units

GO FIGURE
Any comments as to why
takeover protection for investors
has not been activated
The asset backing for my units
will drop from 38 cents to 13 cents

WHO WILL THE PRIME BENEFICIARY BE ???
