I think we are at the end of the accumulation phase, which is normally timed with expected news release. Look at the two charts below they are very similar to Arv chart pattern. We are at the Spring stage where they jack the price a bit lower just below consolidation support, to trigger stoplosses and a perform a final shakeout of weak hands.
