That's just my point piast...VRC has NEVER stated they MUST get ML before anything else can happen...all the 'blue-sky' Ann's re Prospectus finance etc have had timelines/weeks etc written in them...never a mention about ML being a pre-requisit ...so, imo nobody knew what was going on....and still don't.
