The same argument could be made for the opposing "theory"... in regard to being supported by vested interest. Evidence can be easily manipulated, especially today with the "in your face" news cycle, comparing data obtained with new technology versus old and photo shop.... just sayin' I am on the fence, but am tending to take the side of the less manipulative...
