Sure. The interminable “settled science” strawmen notwithstanding, research on understanding the fine details of the climate system is an ongoing and continually-improving process. It seems perfectly reasonable that recovery of the ozone layer will affect stratospheric temperatures, and one would expect a fairly complex interplay with water vapour given the multi-degree cooling seen in large parts of the stratosphere. All valid areas for research - but the breathless, half-baked “gotchas” by jopo et al. are not helpful.
