You were doing so well until you forgot to acknowledge that the science has already spoken. I have not assumed anything mjp. I have USED your own sources of data to prove to you that WV has not increased. And for where it counts Stratosphere temps have not declined. Pretty hard to argue against it.
So the OBVIOUS question is mjp2 and other followers. Do you refute NOAAs assessment that water vapour content has decreased;
and do you refute NASA assessment that the net effect of of WV in the stratosphere
will result in a net loss of OZONE.

1. NOAA have clearly stated that Water Vapour is DECREASING in the stratosphere -Solomon paper. linked above in earlier post.
2.The IPCC have acknowledged that they are unable to detect any increase in WV in the Stratosphere. Both Cannot be disputed. Links supplied already above

3. The IPCC and NASA have clearly stated that Water Vapour breakdown OZONE. You have stated that O3 is increasing. Thus it MUST be inferred that WV is not increasing. You have no option BUT to agree. yet you ARGUE till you are BLACK and BLUE that WV is increasing? You cannot have it both ways mjp.
4. Between NASA, IPCC, NOAA and others they state that METHANE oxidation contributes as low as 1/3 to as high as 2/3 of all water Vapour in the Stratosphere. The rest from natural uplift That their alone is a major hurdle for you to jump over mate. Is Methane increasing? Or is its ozone destroying capabilities only a smidgen of what is claimed?

6.. And yes mjp2 Water Vapour did take off in the late 20th Century. There was an abundance of it in the troposphere and the stratosphere. Radio Sonde data clearly shows it. I 100% agree with YOU. But what happened after that mjp. The strato stopped cooling. Why? because of Ozone increase? Maybe O3 increase is a reflection on a lowering of water vapour in the stratosphere. NOAA clearly STATED in the Solomon paper a decrease in water Vapour!

So to finish off lets have a look at Water Vapour and the highest uppermost WV data available for the equatorial regions. Just where we would expect to see the water vapour penetrating the stratosphere from those deep convective thunderstorm clouds.
