In this instance @mvc KRC want a JV that is also a backer but to help spread the costs and to help make KRC a big player in the future and attract a higher valued SP and MC. For a current small cap mining company, I think the capex costs are too much for KRC to take on (as already has been mentioned numerous times). Refer to @thaiinvest posts.
