    I think the favourable outlook for Vanadium price to continue rising due Vanadium battery tech becomming more popular and chinas changing of rules to reduce imports of iron vanadium slag because it creates massive polution. Now double the price from 2012 and likely to double again in next 6 years IMO but i am no expert on Va prices.
