For all we know talks are already happening in regards to a JV. KRC has far too much value in the ground for there not to be PLENTY of interested parties. I have no doubt Tony is fielding plenty of phone calls. Once the scoping study is done however, this will CERTAINLY be the case. When the numbers are there in black and white and cannot be argued. I have a feeling though, that numbers would already be crunched and the SS will be more for the market to swallow up and climb over the next to get in. The smart investors are getting in before that as many on here are already aware.
