I agree monsta, and mauler96. Mine development application and construction is a drawn out process. We are definitely firmly seated in the speculative phase. In my training and experience five years sounds reasonable, there is a LOT of supporting documentation and services to completed before first 100k tonnes is delivered. That doesn't mean the current SP reflects the value of the company though. Look at COB as an example.
